EverDriven Commercial Auto Liability Insurance Baselines
EverDriven requires all Service Provider partners to carry commercial auto liability insurance coverage with up to $100,000 each person, bodily injury/$300,000 each accident, bodily injury/$50,000 each accident, physical damage.
EverDriven While Under Dispatch (WUD) Program
If a Service Provider’s commercial auto liability insurance policy cannot meet the above-described baseline requirements, they may apply to be covered under a While Under Dispatch (WUD) policy. WUD will provide primary commercial auto liability coverage for Service Providers if a driver has an accident while under dispatch.
There are two types of WUD policies:
- WUD Personal includes the above coverage limits (100/300/50) for commercial auto liability as well as auto physical damage both comprehensive and collision with a $2,500 deductible up to $7,000
- WUD Personal coverage is primary while under dispatch (1) in route to pick up a passenger and (2) while transporting a passenger; $3.00/per trip charge
- WUD Commercial applies to the above coverage limits (100/300/50) for commercial auto liability while under dispatch (1) while transporting a passenger; $2.00/per trip charge
INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS
Service Providers must provide proof of at least one of the following:
- Commercial auto liability insurance policy with primary coverage limits of $100,000 each person, bodily injury/$300,000 each accident, bodily injury/$50,000 each accident, physical damage; OR
- IF the provided commercial auto liability insurance policy is lower than the 100/300/50 limit requirements listed above, then service provider must also provide proof of a WUD policy; OR
- A WUD policy
EverDriven must be listed as an additional insured on Service Provider’s Certificate of Insurance (COI).
The name and address on the COI should read:

Service Provider OR their drivers must also provide proof of at least one of the following:
- Driver’s personal auto liability insurance policy if using driver’s personal vehicle to service EverDriven trips; OR
- The service provider’s commercial auto liability insurance policy IF using a commercially owned auto covered under the service provider’s commercial auto liability policy
HOW TO UPLOAD PROOF OF COMMERCIAL AUTO
Commercial Auto Liability Insurance
Service Providers can upload proof of insurance to Contractor Compliance in one of 3 ways:
- Uploading a COI for Service Provider’s Commercial auto liability insurance policy (with primary coverage limits of $100,000 each person, bodily injury/$300,000 each accident, bodily injury/$50,000 each accident, physical damage); OR
- From the home page select EverDriven as the hiring organization (left side of the screen)
- Locate the requirement “Certificate of Auto Liability (COI)”
- Click “View”
- Click “Upload”
- Upload Acord 25 form
- Enter date and save
- Uploading a COI for Service Provider’s Commercial auto liability insurance policy AND proof of a WUD policy (IF the provided commercial auto liability insurance policy is lower than the 100/300/50 limit requirements listed above); OR
- From the home page select EverDriven as the hiring organization (left side of the screen)
- Locate the requirement “Certificate of Auto Liability (COI)” OR
- “WUD Commercial” or “WUD Personal”
- Click “View”
- Click “Upload”
- Upload Acord 25 form or WUD Application
- Enter date and save
- Uploading proof of a a WUD policy
- From the home page select EverDriven as the hiring organization (left side of the screen)
- Locate the requirement “WUD Commercial” or “WUD Personal”
- Click “View“
- Click “Upload“
- Upload WUD Application
- Enter date and save
HOW TO UPLOAD PROOF OF PERSONAL AUTO
Personal Auto Liability Insurance
For Drivers that use personal vehicles to service EverDriven trips
Drivers can upload proof of driver’s personal auto liability insurance to Contractor Compliance by:
- From the home page select the personal vehicle under hiring organization (left side of the screen)
- Locate the requirement “Driver’s Personal Proof of Insurance (Insurance Card)”
- Click “View”
- Click “Upload”
- Upload copy of Driver’s proof of personal auto liability insurance
- Enter date and save
For Drivers that use commercially owned vehicles to service EverDriven trips:
Service Providers can upload proof of commercial auto liability insurance to Contractor Compliance by:
- Click on “Resources“ (left side of screen)
- Locate vehicle file and then click “View Compliance”
- Select EverDriven as the hiring organization (left side of the screen)
- Locate the requirement “Driver’s Personal Proof of Insurance (Insurance Card)”
- Click “View”, EITHER
- Upload the Acord 25 form, listing the vehicle by VIN number OR
- Upload the proof of insurance for the Service Provider’s commercially owned vehicle
- Enter date and save
