Who is EverDriven?

EverDriven is a student transportation company that contracts directly with school districts to help children with specific transportation needs get to and from school every day. We partner with transportation service providers across the U.S. to drive students experiencing special needs, homelessness, and more.

EverDriven partners with school districts to drive students with unique needs to and from school. Your transportation company will benefit from regularly scheduled trips occurring Monday through Friday throughout the school year, providing a steady flow of business and predictable revenue.

Your transportation company will also benefit from serving your community by driving children who may not get to school otherwise. EverDriven specializes in helping children who experience disabilities, special needs, and homelessness.

Service providers are compensated every Friday for the trips serviced in the previous week. For example, all trips provided during the week shown in blue below, are paid for on the Friday in green.

Yes! Service providers get discounts from national retailers including Jiffy Lube, Discount Tire, and more.

Requirements for EverSafe Drivers and vehicles vary by state. Our team will walk you through every step of the onboarding process, including state-specific requirements.

All vehicles must pass a 50+ point EverDriven inspection and an inspection by a certified third-party mechanic.

EverSafe Drivers are required to pass:

  • In-depth background checks
  • Drug testing
  • DMV record checks
  • Plus up to 15 additional safety requirements

EverSafe Drivers also complete our SafeRide Driver Education Course on safe driving practices, defensive driving, and sensitivity to passenger needs.

Service providers are not contractually obligated to accept or service trips. However, students and their families depend on you and your drivers to get to and from school. We ask that service providers maintain quality of service for the trips they accept.
