User Account troubleshooting

☞ If you’ve installed the app but can’t log in, here are some potential reasons:
  1. We need to add your email address to our system. If you are a parent, guardian, or emergency contact for a student who receives transportation from EverDriven, you can request access to the VIP app here. This is the most common reason people cannot log in.
  2. You are trying to log into the app using a different email address. You must use the same email address that you provided to EverDriven or your school district.
  3. You don’t have the VIP setup email from EverDriven. If you’re certain you’ve been added to the VIP app but you don’t have the setup email, no sweat. You can click here to get started now
  4. You haven’t set up your account & password yet. If you installed the app first, you still need to activate your account and set a password. You can click here to get started now
