Application issues
Please only open tickets when the application is not working properly. (Blank screen, interface not responding, error message, etc.) For any eligibility questions, please choose the “Driver eligibility” option.
Driver eligibility
Document approval, inquiry on why document is declined, assign vehicle, background checks, appears 100% but isn’t compliant, appearing non-compliant in app.
File Evaluation
If the Driver/Monitor is 100%, including the SP (and Vehicle for Drivers), but the File Evaluation isn’t completed, please use this option.
