At EverDriven Technologies, LLC (“EverDriven,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), we are committed to fostering trust. We offer services, including through our websites, mobile applications, features, and other related services (collectively, the “Services”), that support school districts, parents, and caretakers in coordinating transportation for students with special transportation needs. In the course of providing our Services, we process certain information on behalf of our clients, including school districts, and business partners, in the role of a service provider. We also receive and process information for our own purposes, such as the contact information of our clients, business partners and their respective employees.
This Privacy Policy describes our general privacy practices, including how we collect, use, and share information in connection with our Services. Note that when we receive or process information on behalf of one of our clients or business partners, the privacy policy of our client or business partner will govern.

Location Information
When you use certain applications to provide or receive transportation services, such as if you are a driver using the EverDriven Driver App, we collect information about your location, including GPS and/or Wi-Fi data, and/or cellular technology in your device to determine your location. We collect driver location information to reserve certain service offers, enable pick-ups and drop-offs, and to enhance safety, even while the app is in the background. EverDriven collects location information both when the EverDriven Driver Application is in use and not in use, unless the User has not allowed the continual location tracking.
We use this information to provide certain location-based features of our services, such as locating drivers for potential service offers, determining estimated arrival time, perform student pickups and drop-offs, and tracking location of vehicles during student transportation.
