Safe Vehicles
Safe student transportation starts with safe vehicles. One inspection is not enough to guarantee vehicle safety. We believe in due diligence and building accountability with a multi-step process.
- 50-point annual safety inspection, which includes ramp and lift equipment for relevant vehicles
- Additional annual inspection by a third-party mechanic
- Automated pre-trip texts to drivers, requiring confirmation that they conducted a 15-point daily inspection of the interior and exterior of the vehicle, as well as daily cleaning and disinfection
- Random safety checks on vehicles at the discretion of local operation teams

Best-In-Class Driver Education and Safety
We designed a first-of-its-kind driver education course in partnership with the School Bus Safety Company and experts in transportation safety to improve driver and monitor performance. This comprehensive course, specific to Alternative Student Transportation, includes details on safe driving practices, defensive driving, and sensitivity to student needs.
